Last Chance Officials Clinic
The NOHA has announced one final officiating clinic for all prospective officials on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7pm via Zoom. Please follow the steps below to register as an official for the 2021-2022 season.
Step One (aged 18 and over only)
If aged 18 and over, must have valid VSS submitted to recordcheck@ohf.on.ca (PDF scan), if the process has been started, submit receipt to given e-mail address.
If Letter of Engagement is required to obtain VSS, please contact amorell@noha-hockey.ca.

Register and complete the OHF Online Recertification Program
Deadline to Complete Date This must be completed by Monday, December 13th; failure to do so will result in your Horizon Web Ref account being marked as “Not Ready to Assign” and you will be unable to receive new assignments until the program is completed. Accessing the Course To access the course, you will need to login to your Spordle account and locate the clinic in your calendar on the side menu bar. It will appear towards the top of your calendar and the link to access the course will be in the pop-up box marked as Online - Recorded/On-Demand. Register for Horizon Web Ref Assigning Software
Visit https://www.horizonwebref.com/?pageID=newUser
Enter the e-mail address you wish to receive assignments at
Enter YOUR first and last name
Enter this Association #: 206009 (disregard the account location)
Select user type as: Official
Personal Note: New Official (Location)
Complete the remaining steps and click Submit Registration
Your Horizon Web Ref account will only become unlocked once all steps are properly completed.
Step Nine (all officials)
Submit Proof of Vaccination in PDF to amorell@noha-hockey.ca – pictures and screenshots will not be accepted
Spordle Account Instructions
Go to: https://hcr3.hockeycanada.ca
On the log in page, click “Sign Up”.
Sign up with the email you wish to use for your account.
The system will prompt you to complete your account information – please complete all required fields, then click “Sign Up”
The system will require a 6-digit verification code. You will receive an email with this code. (Note: Please Check your Junk Mail for an email from HCR Hockey Canada.)
Once you have completed the set up, you should be able to log into your account by entering your email and password.
After you have created an account, you must click "Link a Member" on your dashboard and search for yourself.
