These sessions are geared toward U14 and U15 Players who will be playing in body checking leagues for the first time this season. Coaches are also welcome to register.

This season, Hockey Canada has introduced H/U Online Checking. All Coaches for U11 and older must have H/U Online Checking this season.
The Northern Ontario Hockey Association is the governing body for amateur hockey in Northeastern Ontario. The NOHA is an organization of 75 Member Associations with over 14,000 Participants.
