The NOHA has released the dates for re-certification clinics.

Please follow the steps below to register as an NOHA Official for the 2021-2022 season and review each of the attached documents.

Step One

If aged 18 and over, must have valid VSS submitted to recordcheck@ohf.on.ca (PDF scan), if the process has been started, submit receipt to given e-mail address.

If Letter of Engagement is required to obtain VSS, please contact amorell@noha-hockey.ca.

Register for Horizon Web Ref Assigning Software

  1. Visit https://www.horizonwebref.com/?pageID=newUser

  2. Enter the e-mail address you wish to receive assignments at

  3. Enter YOUR first and last name

  4. Enter this Association #: 206009 (disregard the account location)

  5. Select user type as: Official

  6. Personal Note: New Official (Location)

  7. Complete the remaining steps and click Submit Registration

Two new Coaching Clinics have been posted:


Coach 1 - Intro to Coach

October 4th, 2021


Prior to registering for the Coach 1 - Intro Coach Clinic, Coaches must complete the HU-Online Coach 1/2 module. HCR 3.0 - Hockey Canada Registry


The Intro Coach course is a 4 hour virtual course which included training on topics such as; Long Term Player Development (LTPD), Lesson Organization, Teaching Stations, Team Teaching, Grouping of Players, Teaching Skills, Skills Analysis.


Coach Certification Requirements

The Coach 1 - Intro Coach clinic is a requirement for all Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches at U7 and U9.





Coach 2 - Coach Level

October 6th, 2021


Prior to registering for the Coach 2 - Coach Level Clinic, Coaches must complete the HU-Online Coach 1/2 module. HCR 3.0 - Hockey Canada Registry


The Coach Level 2 course is a 4 hour virtual course which included training on topics such as; supporting athletes through communication, teaching skills and progression in the training environment, designing and delivering practices, the game environment, and game day preparation.


Coach Certification Requirements

The Coach 2 - Coach Level clinic is a requirement for all Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for U11 to U18 House League (Recreational).
